How do I care for my engraved tumbler?
To preserve the vacuum seal and the powder-coated finish, we recommend hand-washing your tumbler. While the engraving itself is permanent, the high heat of some dishwashers can affect the insulation over time.
What is your return policy on engraved items?
Because each piece is custom-engraved to order, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is a manufacturer defect or an error on our part, we will make it right immediately. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
